Are the battery included in my purchase?

Sure, there are 2 pieces of 7.4V 2200mAh batteries and one US dual charger for the liner gloves; and 2 pieces of 7.4V 3200mAh batteries and one US dual charger for the thicker gloves.

How long is the battery duration time?

Usually the longest duration time 6 hours for the 7.4V 2200mAh battery and 8 hours for the 7.4V 3200mAh for the lowest level, and this data are tested based on the inhouse temperature, when it’s gets cold in the chilly winter, the duration time may vary depends on the weather condition.

Which sports are the gloves suitable for?

The thicker gloves are best for ski, snowboard, running, hiking, hunting, camping, mountain and outdoor working.

But for the liner gloves, it’s mostly used for indoor activities, and you can wear it for running, cycling, driving, walking the dog and communicating, but it’s not suitable for ski snowboard.

Can the gloves be washed?

Don’t wash, but wipe with a damp cloth. Never use aggressive cleaning agents.Don't wear out wet gloves, but hang them to dry

with the fingertips downwards, away from immediate heat source and sunlight.

Can I wear it on the plane or put it in carry-on bags?

Sure, you can wear it on the plane. All heated apparel is CE verified. All batteries are lithium batteries and you must keep them in your carry-on luggage.

Is this heated gloves battery compatible with other batteries?

No, The XuanMei GR brand battery is specifically designed and made for this heated gloves. We recommend you use the original battery only. If you need spare/backup batteries, please feel feel contact us.

What are the heating elements? Does it bother me while I'm wearing it?

Heating elements are made of carbon fiber to deliver heat across the back of hand till fingertips, and for the liner gloves, you can feel the warm on your palm.

It’s not bother you when you wear it , as it’s sew on the seam.

What’s the battery use and care instructions?

A.Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk
of fire when used with another battery pack.

B. Use heated gloves only with specifically designated battery packs. Use of any other battery packs may create a risk in injury and fire.

C. When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects like paper clips, coins, keys, nails,screws,or other small metal

objects that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.

d) Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid

contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help.Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or bums.
